TEDxOrlando Ticket Giveaway — Official Rules

Giveaway Period

Entries open July 9, 2026, and close July 12, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”). Entries received before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.

Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, volunteers, contractors, and immediate family members of Story Circle LLC and its affiliated speakers, sponsors, and vendors are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter

During the Entry Period, comment on the official giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn (each, a “Platform”), tagging the person you’d want to bring to TEDxOrlando and sharing why you’d want to share the experience with them. Limit one entry per person per Platform. No purchase, payment, or proof of purchase is required to enter or win.

Prize

One (1) winner will receive two (2) tickets to TEDxOrlando on October 17, 2026 (Orchestra section), with an approximate retail value of $314.62. Tickets are non-transferable to a monetary equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash. Story Circle LLC reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if circumstances require.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received across all three Platforms after the close of the Entry Period. The winner will be notified via direct message on the Platform where they entered within 5 business days of the giveaway’s close. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification to claim the prize; if no response is received within that window, an alternate winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and release Story Circle LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any liability related to participation in this giveaway or the use of any prize awarded. Story Circle LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that violates the terms of service of the Platform on which it was submitted.

Platform Release

This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, or LinkedIn. Information provided as part of entry is provided to Story Circle LLC and not to any Platform. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding this giveaway must be directed to Story Circle LLC, not to the Platform.

These rules are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. This giveaway is being conducted in compliance with Florida Statute 849.094; the total prize value does not exceed $5,000 and therefore does not require registration or bonding with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services.
